Numb Clitoris
Message I sent to a forum original poster. She was switching from the carnivore diet.
Here are my opinions. Ultimately, it should be your research and decision. I'm pretty confident about this because I had a wide range of related experiences.
Getting used to sugar is crucial here. To not irritate your intestines, don't eat vegetables. To get used to sugar, one of the best options is to eat a drink made of water, gelatine, thiamine 100mg, niacinamide HCL 500mg, and max amount of honey. Taking T3 and T4 thyroid hormones is often required; I started taking thyroid several months after getting used to sugar. Also, eat egg yolks and some meat daily. I think it should be a minimal meat amount – the more primitive the animal is and with less iron content, the better (my personal preference). Don't fear those B vitamins; they can't hurt you.
Not being able to sleep and feeling hyper can happen at the beginning. When the organism has an abundance of good resources, it will slowly switch from stress hormones to higher energy states. Flexibility, attention to detail, or trying other variants are important; keep pushing. From my experience, It's often two steps forward, one step back.
CO2 baths and other means of CO2 supplementation are equally or more helpful compared to the above food – fill a big plastic bag with CO2, get inside, and close it on your waist with rubber bands like a belt.
Keep in mind that what is happening with your genitals is probably happening with your brain to some amount, too.
Later, If you tolerate milk well, try something like peatbrosia as your main food.
